NEWS FOR OCTOBER 2009

Katy-Q and Art Series catching up on the latest gossip!

Manager, Jo Kerner putting one of the Phoenix Reach yearlings through it's paces prior to being broken in.

Patience with these young throughbreds is absolutely crucial and that is certainly something that Jo has in abundance.

Ex jockey and assistant racehorse trainer, Gerry Gracie sitting on Dylan for the first time, and as usual Dylan takes everything in his stride... literally!

Jo is extremely patient with all her yearlings and takes alot of time and care when breaking them in. Dylan has already done a fair amount of ground work including lungeing and time on a horsewalker

It's fascinating to watch and whereas many horses are broken in "behind closed doors" with Jo and her team, the owners are kept fully informed of the progress and are invited to watch if they so wish.
